By creating an account and using the Oscillation Design platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
1. Intellectual Property Rights (Your Content)
You retain full ownership and all intellectual property rights to the CAD/STEP files and any other design data you upload to the Service ("User Content"). We understand the sensitivity of your data and treat it as strictly confidential.
To perform our analysis, you grant Oscillation Design a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to access, process, and display your User Content solely for the purpose of providing the DFM analysis service to you. This license terminates immediately upon your deletion of the file or your account from our Service.
2. Service and DFM Feedback
The DFM feedback, suggestions, and analysis provided by our Service are for informational and advisory purposes only. The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Oscillation Design does not guarantee the manufacturability, functionality, or success of any part based on the feedback provided. The User is ultimately and solely responsible for verifying their design and ensuring its fitness for purpose.
3. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Oscillation Design be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of profits, or business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our liability to you for any cause whatsoever, and regardless of the form of the action, will at all times be limited to the amount paid, if any, by you to us for the service during the three (3) months prior to the initial action giving rise to liability.
4. Subscriptions and Payment
Our Service is billed on a subscription basis. Subscriptions are automatically renewed at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled by you through your account dashboard. All payment processing is handled by our third-party payment processor, Stripe. By providing payment information, you agree to their terms of service.
5. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

- Uploaded Design Files: We collect and process the geometric data from the CAD/STEP files you upload. This data is treated as confidential and is used solely to provide the DFM analysis you have requested.
- Payment Information: We do not collect or store your credit card information. This is handled exclusively by our payment processor, Stripe.
- Usage Data: We collect standard technical data to monitor and improve our service.
2. How We Use Your Information
Your data is used to operate the platform, process payments, and communicate with you (e.g., sending invoices and password resets).
We will never use your uploaded design files to train our AI models or for any other purpose without your explicit, opt-in consent. Your intellectual property remains yours.
3. Data Sharing
We only share data with essential third-party services that are required to operate our platform, including:

- Our cloud hosting provider (for data storage)
